Come and join us for some special getaways, conferences, and uniqueevents just for women. These larger gatherings are a terrific time toinvite a friend or neighbor to an event that focuses on outreach as weshare the Gospel and provide special encouragement just for women.
Snowflake Cafe is a half-day respite from the cold winds of winter. Held the last Saturday morning of February, this year on February 28th, 9am-12 noon. Come and enjoy Sparkling Fruits, Frosty Treats and Hot Cafe, music from a strings quartet, select and enjoy a variety of workshops and conclude your morning with a sharing of encouragement from one of our women. This is a morning in winter where you will be warmed, in body, soul and spirit, a perfect time to invite a friend and share the gift of encouragement. This is a FREE event, but we will need you to sign up so we can plan workshop seating. Sign-ups will begin February 1st.
Mothers & Others is an elegant evening celebrating the women God has placed in our lives… mothers, sisters, neighbors, mentors, friends—all are invited for this special night of treasured moments and sweet expectations. Held the second Friday evening in May, this special night always includes a special guest speaker and many special surprises. Light Elegant Fare ~ Sparkling Music ~ Friendship Gifts ~ Inspiring Encouragement. Join us May 9th, 2008 for another evening of memories with women you treasure. Women of Faith is a national conference for women that is held at the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia each September. Each year we reserve lower level SUITES which allow us to share together during breaks, includes lunch and snacks/drinks, VIP parking, more comfortable seating, and private restrooms. Women of Faith brings bestselling authors, teachers, and musicians for a spectacular time of worship and spiritual challenge. Mark your calendar now to join us this year September 18-19, 2009. Our Women's Spring Retreat is an annual weekend getaway to the beach. A retreat is a pause from your regular schedule, a breath in routine that creates space for rest and reflection. You can take time to hear from God, rest and reflect, connect with new and old friends, and be challenged spiritually. Plan to invite a friend for this special time away. Our retreat this spring will be held April 17-19th, 2009 at the Atlantic Sands Hotel, Rehobeth, DE. We are delighted to have Sharon Thomas, founder of Established Footsteps Ministries as our speaker for this special weekend! Registration packets will be available in February.
